Identity profile
Keep UELN, passport number, microchip, breed, date of birth, gender, and photographs together.
The product
Ownmyhorse is a digital identity and ownership record designed around the horse’s whole story—from first registration to a careful handover.
The record
Keep UELN, passport number, microchip, breed, date of birth, gender, and photographs together.
Organize veterinary, pedigree, insurance, invoice, examination, and agreement files by horse.
Model private or business legal owners, co-owners, and agents with explicit permissions.
Prepare a transfer, share selected records, attach an agreement, and wait for buyer acceptance.
Keep upcoming care and activity dates visible and subscribe to them from a personal calendar.
Significant actions and changes are recorded so the history remains understandable.
The registration code
A newly registered horse receives a protected registration code. The code is sensitive and should only be shared in the correct ownership workflow.
After a completed transfer, the previous code is invalidated and a new code is issued to the new owner. This keeps a used credential from circulating indefinitely.
A registration code is an Ownmyhorse product credential; it is not an official government ownership certificate.
Across devices
Ownmyhorse is built from one shared application for browser, phone, and tablet. Your account—not a single device—controls access to the record.
The interface supports private owners and business users while keeping the public marketing website completely separate from account data.
Begin with what you know
Have the passport and UELN ready, then continue in the secure application.
