How a correction is handled

What stays visible
Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note. A change that affects meaning, safety, interpretation, or trust should be explained.
We do not erase well-founded ownership or audit history in the product through the editorial corrections process. Account-data questions follow the privacy and support routes.
